Akhavan and associates made my already difficult situation very easy to manage. From the first call until the check arrived in my hand this law firm was great. I ALWAYS received a call back promptly and I was always kept well informed in all the stages of my dispute. Vanessa in the office was super sweet and answered any questions that did not require my attorney. I did not feel at anytime like I was just a payout. Upon receiving my itemized bill I was extremely impressed with the fairness in charges. I felt heard, I felt valued, and I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone needing a labor attorney. Hopefully I don't ever need an attorney again, but if I do this firm is it!!!

Mr Akhavan, did screw up Nephew case with representation being provided for service request to perform ended unethical from holding back on facts details related to case info never communicated with scheduled court dates come to find out schedule court dates never informed on taking place without my nephew presence his performance and issues built into from beginning to end ending things with the final outcome given on a such low ball settlement with out consulting with my nephew the client never in agreement with the offer settlement not given time to look things over leaving things with having no option base on not enough time with opportunity to make a decision or chance to explore other options this leading Attorney wrapping things up to put an end on such experience with all the decisions live overall with handling this employment law case adding more damage to my nephew emotions and mental health just making things worse for my nephew were this experience just triggered things up. For this im standing up behind my nephew with this review putting notice on this attorney with this going forward If given chance to mark zero stars I would. Such matters handling this case turned from very simple, to very complicated to summarize the contiguous fee charges with percentages asked by Mr Akhavan is ridiculous excessive high with charges added on top of everything by all poor service received. Either the office doesn't know what they're doing, or are 100% full of deceit. Simple acts without welfare of the client consent on making decision and shady hiding facts from information related to case such by simply fact kept you aware of court dates scheduled ended findings out afterwords that there was few court hearings and never was informed on reason of having any hearings scheduled with court never informed on what was filed and presenting documents. This turned into a fraud quitting on the client duties to performed raising various concerns and questions unanswered by outcome taking a low offer when I been told but others representative that my case be worth more . steer clear unless you want to get ripped off
