The case is still pending because they don’t have enough staff to take case of it. They take many cases and them they can’t handled it. You can not call them, they don’t answer they said a paralegal will give you a call back but they don’t do it.

Attorney Rowe helped us navigate the whole process and was even able to attend the interview for a fee so my daughter felt comfortable. We only had minor issues with communication and uploading documents. Overall the office made a stressful process easier.
