Downtown L.A. Law Group helped me tremendously after my car was rear-ended by a careless driver. The entire staff went above and beyond, working diligently to ensure that every aspect of my case was taken care of. They handled everything efficiently, from setting up my appointments to arranging a rental car, and my car was repaired perfectly. I made it easy for them to reach me and I never missed an appointment. Although getting through on the phone could be a challenge at times, my tenacity paid off, and all my questions were always answered. I always maintained a positive friendly attitude with everyone and they always treated me very well. No nonsense. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend their services.

I hired this law firm and have gotten the run around and refused to give me my bill and billable hours. They have called and hung up three to four times a day. When I called back they say no one called but my caller ID show they called. I finshed treatments 8 months ago and informed me that they where still getting bills. They have not been honest all the bill where sent in as i called the billing office. Then I would call them and my call wouldnt go through. So I would reach for my son phone and call moments later. The call went through as i was on hold I would call from my phone and the call would go through they have blocked my phone number. When they answered after being on hold they would say Jackie wasnt in or in a meetting. Then I sent a release of attorney then they sent the insurance company a lien with no amount. So I emailed them 5 times asking for the amount and a break down they will not give me that and wont respond to my request. So I have contacted State Bar to file a complaint. I feel that this is 3 months to two years. They are trying to open a law suit when the insurance company is taking fault. I am a very unhappy person as I went through facial damage and broken teeth and plastic surgery request on eye and lip. Prp injections left shoulder and injections left wrist. I give them 1 star I DID CONTACT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA BAR ASSOCIATION TO FORMALLY FILE A COMPLAINT. I DID HIRE A NEW LAW FIRM.

Really thankful that I had Downtown LA law group as my legal team during my injury case. I really had no idea how the process worked, but from day one they made me feel safe and explained the process step-by-step. Would absolutely come back to this legal team if ever I was in a similar situation.
