However this law firm and employees made it as pleasant and easy as possible. There are a lot of documents required, but once it is all received, the case was final within 1 month. Wonderful experience during the immigration process. Jon and his assistants were there for me and my wife through out the entire process. The zoom meetings were very informative and helpful. I would steer clear from this law firm. They kept postponing everything. They charged me 10k and I gave them 6.3k and they did not do much other than call, text or email me. They charged me $40 for each text message, voicemail and email they sent me. I fired them and asked them for partial refund and they said I still owed them about 1000 because of the text, voicemail and emails they sent me. I would not mind what they charged me if they had actually gotten me something. They did nothing. I hired another law firm. What this law firm could not do in almost a year, my new attorney did in less than two months. Save your money and hire another firm. They are so fast to reply before they hire you and then ignore you and your concerns after you pay them. I felt I was sick with them because I had invested so much with them but I decided to take the loss and go with someone else.
