They are worst immigration law firm I have ever seen. My case was simple but time sensitive and could have been processed and filed in 2-3 weeks, but they ignored and didn't expedite it. Their delay forced me to the edge of grace period and out of status.

I was trying to reach this firm for a week to submit a payment for the invoice. In accounting department people just hang up and not able to respond via email as well. Is it possible to update your systems for a such a big firm or maybe hire more professional people? Thank you,
