I had the most difficult immigration case when I walked into this firm. Upon explaining my situation to Mr. David Frenkel, he assured me that everything will be fine. Long story short, this firm worked through the case and I was able to obtain a Green Card. Against all odds, and years later, the same firm helped me obtain my US Citizenship this year. One thing I observed with this firm throughout the process was their level of confidence and deep knowledge in the immigration process. Truly amazing stuff!!

When I started this journey with Frenkel, Hershkowitz & Shadran, LLP, I was so uncertain and unsure of so many things as I have waited over 2yrs to have this process started. My most memorable moments was when I was assigned to Petalan Lyon who took her time to patiently tolerate my shortcomings the moment she identified my weaknesses as I can really be a handful packed with fears and doubts. She personally took her time to go as far as contacting my cosponsor and also assisting her on finding her Tax transcript 🙏🏼. Whenever I see her mail it mostly stated one thing most times ‘Ify call me’ (😂) then when I call she first of all tells me to calm down and stop worrying that I worry too much…funny, but those words got me through the tedious Immigrant processing. I have so many wonderful things to say about her but cannot list them all. Even when I felt I was tired, she personally told me to stay steady and patient that all was definitely going to be alright…and it actually paid off. I wish to say thank you Daniel for assigning me to another wonderful lady Melissa who took me through USCIS processing…she didn’t say much but she kindly had me fill out my forms and kept me updated on when I would receive information on the process and it went just as she said. Thank you to her as well. And then thank you again to her for the day she was rote me and assigned my case to super Petalan Lyon. Thank you to the whole crew and I will definitely be recommending a lot of people who need this services. Dealt with this law firm for almost 20yrs. Lawyers are great, Esma Onal has really been a pleasure. She is knowledgeable, highly responsive (which prior to meeting her had not been my general experience with the firm), and tenacious. I felt like a person, not a number in one of many folders. I'd give 5 stars if the front desk experience was better. It needs more warmth.
