2 years ago (2022) , I was involved in a collision with an 18 wheeler truck. This left me in a bad spot and I did not know where or who to turn to . After seeing countless well put together ads I then felt like Herrman and Herrman would be the best fit for my case. The first mind never steers you wrong ! Herrman and Herrman is by far the best personal injury attorney I have came across and I’m glad I went with my gut . In due time they will go to Bat for you and make sure you have all the care you need without feeling alone . Highly Recommend and would never look past them . Although we are still going through certain stages in my case. I would like to say thank you so much to the team of Ms. Byerly along with paralegals. When I first contacted Herrman and Herrman, I read all the reviews online and I was impressed on how many good reviews there were and how attentive everybody was to their client. Unfortunately, for my case that I’ve been dealing with since July, the lack of communication from my team is upsetting and unprofessional. It is always hard to get in contact with my team and every time I do get in contact with my team they always sound like they don’t know what they’re doing it bothered that I’m reach out. Then to top it off, the case manager, I was originally assigned to turns out was no longer working there, and I kept contacting her and nobody replied nobody ever called me, letting me know that my case manager had changed until I contacted somebody and they introduced themselves as my new case manager and she said “I’m so sorry, i don’t know how we missed your file.” They always tell me the same things over and over again and it’s a little frustrating and upsetting that I read other comments that have great experiences and I have yet to have a really good breakthrough experience. I have never been physically contacted by my team. I’ve always had to contact them and every time they tell me the same thing that they need to send papers or they’re sending papers or they’re having trouble contacting whoever and it’s always the same thing. it’s never news, I’m never updated, and I’m beginning to think if I made the wrong decision choosing Herrman and Herrman to represent me. Closer to the end of my physical therapy I was still trying to get x-rays and MRIs approved by the lawyer, which was never approved. I was never able to get any radiology scans done, and then one of Herrman and Herrman representative stated that I was already passed the point of getting it done and they were just gonna send in my paperwork just like that. Also when I finished physical therapy and I will still having problems with my injuries, nobody reached out, nobody tried to contact me to see if I still need any additional physical therapy. I had to go to my own primary care doctor because I was still in pain. It’s just been an ongoing of no communication and no updates so I don’t know if this reaches anybody within the company but we’re already at the end of December going o into the new year and I still have no answers and yet to find out anything.
