I absolutely do not recommend. The representative Alexis was very unprofessional and unhelpful. The manner in which she spoke throughout the entire encounter was extremely nonchalant. I initially submitted for representation online which was pretty simple to add all info. The next morning I received a call stating I needed to come into the office to sign paperwork. I was told that I needed to be there no later than 7:30pm to be assisted. Once I arrived Alexis was on the phone. She was not friendly or welcoming upon me entering the establishment. She then begins asking me for my name and sensitive and personal information. Without me realizing she was still on the phone I gave my information. The person she had on speakerphone then tells her he would call her back and she replies “okay babe” and disconnects the call. At that point I was already turned off, but due to needing representation and having already driven an hour, I proceeded. Then Alexis tells me I needed to come tomorrow because she doesn’t have the court information in the computer. I just happened to find my citation and she enters the info. I told her I received a text message for 20% off she said she could not honor it. Then she proceeded to say she has no bond for my court and I needed to come back tomorrow. I don’t understand if they were unable to assist me why would they tell me to drive to their office. And of course she was unable to give my refund I need to call back tomorrow. It was unprofessional to be on the phone but more importantly to take people’s personal information while on the phone with your boyfriend.

My experience with Kubosh Law Firm was actually very good! They were very helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions and concerns and was very professional! And the ending was the best by far, when they got my case dismissed! Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but if I do, they will definitely be the firm I would call! Thanks a lot Kubosh!

I’ve used Kubosh twice 🤦🏾‍♀️ and both times I was pleased with the outcome. Hopefully, I won’t need them again for a loooong time, but if so, they would be my first call!

My experience with Kubosh has been terrible and I would never come back again. Also I will never refer anyone to Kubosh law. The lawyer that came out the tall guy was pressuring me. I got a ticket for no insurance. He told me he can dismiss it if I show him proof that I had instance. I step out of the court room to make a phone call to my sister to send me the insurance. He came out rushing me saying the judge is going to leave I need you making decision right now. Pressured me to going forward with that I didn’t have insurance when I did. I signed his paper work and went inside by time I go inside my sister sent me the policy. Also the judge didn’t even leave he was still sitting there for another 30 minutes. It was point less hiring them, it felt like they don’t work to help you out they just wanted to make it quick and make there money.
