A few days later, while waiting for the consultation, the price was reduced to $105. It felt unpleasant, but I decided not to raise the issue. I want to point out that, up to this point, no formal agreement or document had been signed with this firm. When I asked for a written agreement explaining why they needed this information, how it would be used, and how it would be securely stored, they canceled the consultation. What does this say? The firm demonstrates a complete lack of basic skills in protecting client information. This means you can expect your data to end up in the dark web when someone on their team loses access to their Google account containing sensitive data.
