Please do not waste your time. Serious lack of communication especially with attorney Dooley. Will not return messages, call back, email, text or anything else. They dont notify you or even attmept to reach you in anyway when it comes to your case or a family members, but yet they will call and hound you for money if late on payments. Such an incredible disappointment literally put my life and a loved ones into their hands and they didnt even have the courtesy of telling me about indictments or literally anything about the ongoing case. I had to call the courts and district attorney myself to receive the information i am supposedly paying for. Very bad firm bad lawyers do not trust. All about the money and never about the client. Shame on you.

I had a family issue in TX and I reside out of state. I contacted this team and they assured me that they could handle my case. They made it a point to make me feel like I didn't need to stress over the issue and always reassured me that they had it under control. We got down to the deadline of needing a judges signature and I was told, if we didn't have signatures by the end of the day, they would go the following day and stand in front of a judge to get a signature, you can't ask for more than that! This team did an outstanding job! Francisco in finance always kept me up to speed on what I needed to do on my end, Stephanie was always on her A game; if I had a question and she didn't have an answer, she had an answer shortly! Last but not least, Francis my attorney did an amazing job and always reassured me that I had nothing to wory about, because she had it under control! I am grateful for everything they did! If I ever need an attorney again in that area, they will be the team I go to! If I know of anyone needing an attorney in that area, that's who I will send them to! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Manuel Diaz Law Firm. I requested an important document which was promised to be delivered within a couple weeks. However, it took me 3 months of persistent emailing and calling to follow up on my request. Throughout this period, the firm was never punctual in their responses, and despite my efforts, I never received the document. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services to anyone needing timely and efficient legal assistance.
