Last December 2 I attended my appointment at Manuel Diaz Law Firm, Andres received us, then Lawyer Rafael Ramos really surprised me because after checked out all my paperwork, (like 200 sheets) and told me I saw you had a case at immigration court that now is closed He spent most of the 45 minutes with me, answered all my questions and telling me about prices for this process, Finally I met Ernesto, talked with him and let me tell you all of them kind, have the knowledge to built a very strong case. This was my first visit and I highly recommend their services❗

At first I was really excited and felt confident in this law firm. Sadly it’s been more than a week since I paid my attorney fees in full and gave all the information asked from me and nothing. I’ve called the office at least four times to receive one call back which I was unable to answer and then nothing. They’re really quick to take money but not for a call back. With how easy my case is regarding PIP application it seems I’m better off looking for a new firm that will take my case seriously.

Rafael was patient, kind, helpful and very in answering my questions. It was great working with him and I highly recommend.
