I had a disappointing experience with this firm, primarily due to communication issues. The paralegal failed to respond to my request via email when it would have been a simple and courteous way to address the situation. Additionally, she was late to our scheduled consultation call, which already set a negative tone. To make matters worse, she provided incorrect legal information and, instead of offering guidance or alternatives, she simply told me that nothing could be done with my case. I confirmed with USCIS that the information from her was incorrect. This level of service was far below what I expected, and I found the entire experience to be unprofessional and frustrating.
