I had a personal injury claim due to a car accident. Joseph Richard Corteguera was the attorney handling my case. He is rude, has no manner at all, talks to you like you are stupid and beneath him, shows no concern about clients cases, and forget ever getting your calls or emails returned back. He did not care about my case. I was left with outstanding bills and no money for future treatments. I've evidence that he dealt in an underhanded way, and I filed a complaint against him with State Bar of Texas, and in doing so I found out that he was previously grievanced by Texas state bar. I would NOT recommend this untrustworthy lawyer to anyone.
