I usually don’t write long reviews but I feel that in this particular case it is needed. My case wasn’t exactly an easy one, especially in the climate that the US is in at the moment. The whole ordeal with my GC process is one I thought would have been much easier than it was because my father is American. However, because of my age, the time hard passed for it to be a simple process. I was referred to Nikhil from very close and trusted friends, which was a good start. I had previous been working with an immigration lawyer that was impossible to get answers out of and wouldn’t explain what was actually required.
