Do not recommend me and my mom went and said she did not qualify and she did not even search up on the computer

My wife and I had a 3:30 appointment, a half hour before we get there secretary asks us if we can do interview through Zoom we informed her we were 5 minutes away we get there she tells us we can’t see her as we didn’t bring our documents before hand we told her they told us to bring them when we came to the appointment she was extremely rude and very unprofessional she goes to the back 3 minutes later tells us Miss.Renteria will not be taking our case Worst immigration lawyer we’ve seen so far
