This was really an easy experience and if you are at all doubtful of finding an attorney to represent you, then Howard at Pusch & Nguyen is the guy for you. He set me up with therapy and imaging, got all my medical information and has answered any questions that I have had along the way. He even remembered me just from my name when I would call and details from my accident.

Seeing all the great reviews is what drew me to choose this company. I felt I had made the right choice by choosing them. My experience has not been anything close to the reviews I see on here. It’s been a year and two months and for the past 7 months I keep being told the exact same story line. And when I make it known they just told me the same thing the last time we spoke, I’m told let me try to reach them now. I usually give them time to try to work it but after about 4-6 weeks of not hearing anything from them I call for a update, just to be told the same script they told me the months prior. It’s frustrating at this point. I hear their advertisement about how great they are, they will fight for you, etc. I wish this was my experience, and sadly it has not been anything close. I was recently assigned a new case manager my guess is because she wasn’t doing anything. I felt some relief knowing I would get someone new who would go in and actually work my case. I was feeling hopeful until he gave me the exact same line as what the last case manager would quote me each time I spoke to her or her assistant. Communication has not been their strong suit. Very disappointed with my experience here.
