I can definitely say that the people here are extremely helpful and empathic. It feels like I’m dealing with a family member. I usually feel awkward and weird talking to people about my life and it does not feel that way here. My husband and I felt very comfortable and welcomed at EM. This lawfirm has literally changed my life. They helped me with my case with the most extraordinary diligence. I can not thank them enough. Juan Marrero + Katerin Trinidad + rest of the team took my case as serious as they would've taken their own. They were there for me every step of the way, and scheduled Zoom meetings for my questions every single time I requested it. To keep things private I won't mention what kind of immigration help they serviced me with, but all I can say — it has been an absolute success since I left my paperwork in their hands. Not sure how this place got 4.9 stars but first and foremost the front desk is a complete joke. We dealt with the lawyers assistant Juan Marrero who i am not sure is qualified to do this job. Countless errors from his part, we basically paid them for them to do nothing. Leaving us worse than we arrived, this place just takes $$ from Latinos, one time I waited 4 hours to see the assistant who scheduled me at 8AM, WHAT A JOKE !
