they 'talk' very tough but they are spineless when it comes to delivering. only good for WSJ articles to boast about their "aggressiveness"

I am not a client nor have I been. I just saw a full page ad in the WSJ for QE that celebrates its alleged status as the most feared firm. This form of marketing and it’s message is demeaning to the profession and panders towards stereotypes, ignorance and is an embarrassment.

I was called in as an expert witness. The lawyers talked to me for 2 hours and sent me on my merry way. They didn't pay for my time or written work post meeting. Clueless lawyers; QE is just a band of sharpies, looking to collect fees from naive clients, and without any consideration for the work of expert witnesses (i.e. people who know). Avoid them.
