Jose Rodriguez does a great job. He was able to get our relative released from immigration custody within a couple weeks of us hiring his firm. I will say he's more effective if the detainee is in TX vs another state as he is unable to visit them and get the same response from the deportation officers. Overall, our family truly appreciates the work he did and definitely would recommend.

If i can give 0 stars I would. This attorney and his staff were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. The purpose of an attorney is to fight for their clients and this man didn't do that AT ALL!! He was hired to fight for my sister's freedom in hopes of being released from the detention center, instead he went A-Wall and never notified me of the outcome. Not a phone call, not a voicemail, absolutely NOTHING. When I finally got him on the phone I was answered with rude and disrespectful responses. You were paid for your services and you did not serve absolutely anything. How is it that your an attorney yet I found out about my sister decision via someone else in the center instead of you ! What kind of attorney are you. You even PROMISED a courtesy consult for her husband and you never followed through !!! Did you ever hear of the words don't make promises if you cannot keep them. THATS EXACTLY WHAT THIS MAN DID! You were written letters by my sister and you never responded. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE!!!!!
