Don’t be misled by glowing reviews! We had a much-anticipated appointment today at 10:50, one we patiently waited an entire week for. However, three hours later, we’re still waiting—confused and frustrated—while being given the runaround about when the attorney will actually call us. Each time we reach out, we’re met with a different operator who either doesn’t have answers or vaguely promises a callback that “may or may not@ happen by end of day. We feel completely disregarded and treated as if we’re just another number. This level of unprofessionalism is truly disheartening. UPDATE: complete lack of accountability from this office. My call was still scheduled for today regardless of weather conditions. The operator mentioned several times the attorney was “finishing a call” and would call me directly once he was finished - not once was mentioned delays due to weather. I have yet to receive my call nearly 5 hours later.
