I have had a profound negative experience with this firm. From of our initial contract in May 2023, we encountered unprofessional demeanor consistently. Despite signing a contract, we received minimal or no communication for over a year. I only received new information regarding my case, if I called and asked for an update. During these calls, they would inform me that my case has been reassigned to another individual, and subsequently to another. No one ever communicated regarding the changes in the person handling my case. When I called every couple of months, the young women who answer the phone sounded disinterested in my calls. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, there was been no progress. They consistently assured me that they will contact me, but no one ever followed through. This pattern persisted for several months. After enduring a 16-month wait for an update, they finally contacted me. However, the call was highly unpleasant, as they informed me that due to workload management, they were no longer able to handle my case after signing a contract over a year ago. I received representation from another law firm who within five months, my case was successfully resolved. Sanabria Law exhibits a clear lack of management from top to bottom. They consistently make overpromises and fail to deliver on their commitments. I strongly advise against engaging with this law firm for any legal matters. It is evident that they are a poorly managed law firm.

Recommendation on the radio, is a big law firm, and you will think they are doing a good job and have successful business. But don’t get carried away for all that advertising they do. Because the communication and phone lines are a mess. No answer and transfer for hours. The fee service is average. Service is decent. They call when you are late on payments. Meanwhile, when you walk to the office, the receptionist is on the phone, but the primary phone is just a line to get the calls in Florida. All the money we pay and deserve better service. Consider a smaller firm with more efficient workers. The amount of money you pay for their services it’s a lot and the customer service is bad. Please take your hard worked, money somewhere else. You will thank me later.

Well, I had talked a lot of good things about the lawyers, but lately I've been feeling very bad. I've been waiting for 5 months for the documents to be uploaded so that immigration can send me an appointment in El Salvador. You call and they don't answer the phones, much less the one that they say is my case. This has been disappointing.

I've never experienced such abysmal customer service. My case has been languishing for months with no updates or communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, I've been completely ignored. It's clear that this firm doesn't value its clients or their time. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration and wasted money.

Words can’t even begin to express the absolute frustration I feel about the horrendous service this firm provides. If you need assistance with anything other than SIJS, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! My case has been stuck in limbo for years, and throughout this painfully long process, I’ve received zero updates and no communication about how my case was being handled or what the final steps would entail. I poured thousands of dollars into this firm, counting on their so-called "expertise," and I’ve been met with nothing but disappointment. This is an absolute nightmare of a service, and I regret ever choosing them!
