My husband and I found ourselves in a tough spot when it came to our business taxes, and we honestly had no idea what "tax resolution" even meant, let alone how to fix the issue. At first, we made the mistake of blaming the team for not helping us enough, but looking back, we should’ve been blaming ourselves for getting into this situation in the first place. Our case manager, Ariyana, was incredibly patient with us from the start. Resolving tax issues doesn't come with a manual, so we were in the dark about the whole process. But Ariana took the time to clearly explain each step, and once we got everything back, everything started to fall into place. The process wasn’t as complicated as we first thought, and it was a huge relief to see the progress we were making. Also, Vanessa from the accounting department was so warm, kind and empathetic during a very uncertain and difficult time for us. We were going through some tough financial challenges, and Vanessa was more than accommodating to my husband and I when it came to working with us on payment arrangements. We also want to give a big thank you to Mary, who was incredibly sweet in helping us navigate through a bunch of tax returns. She was always quick to respond to my emails and provided so much assistance when we felt overwhelmed with all the paperwork. Mary made sure we understood everything and never left us hanging. We can't thank this team enough for their dedication to helping us resolve our tax issues. Their professionalism, understanding, and commitment to customer service really stood out.

I would not recommend Tax Network USA. They gave us a quote but were never able to help us any way. After several months of no help and very little communication, we hired another representative to help us. I sent emails to everyone I had email addresses to explaining that we no longer needed their services. They are still trying to bill for services they never provided.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I gave them a couple grand months and months ago and all they’ve managed to do is repeatedly tell me they’re “working on it” for months now with no real communication or updates. Last contact I’ve had from my case manager was almost 2 months ago. My wife and I have called and get brick walled. Last time I called I was transferred to another department that went straight to voicemail. I left a message days ago and never heard back. Took my money and ran.
