Best first time experience ever! Had gotten backed into less than 9 months ago and not only was I able to get my vehicle repaired, but I received a medical evaluation plus I received my settlement check already! Great teamwork from everyone including staff from San Antonio, Laredo and Brownsville. I am really glad there was no lack of communication amongst any of us and getting a hold of someone was easy. My case is ongoing but the process has not been good. I get the same excuses to my questions. My case manager takes days to response to my emails and messages through their portal system. I feel like a number to them. They did not listen to my concerns regarding my treatment. They took forever to approve doctor's order if they even did.

A couple of months back I had a accident ,I didn't even know where to start because I never been in a accident before . I stumbled on the beginning,but then I found Villarreal & begum and Alexander Begum took over my case , he was very kind and had empthany during my case .
