I worked with Jessica Torres and Blake Matthys after my car accident. I have never been represented after an accident before and Jessica made the entire experience very easy for me to understand. She also always got back to me in a timely matter with any questions I had and was always so kind. Blake was highly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He thoroughly explained every step of the process and made sure I felt confident in the decisions that I made. He also made me laugh a few times. I was part of the Round Up claim for my deceased husband. Although it took 6 years to process, I'm happy to receive some sort of restitution. However, I truly feel it should have been more monetarily, but that's not Carlson's fault. One might think the offending party would issue more due to the claimants death from using their product.
