My name is Mrs. Marlon Woods. My husband and I hired Mr Kishinevsky to represent him in a slip and fall accident at my husband’s place of employment. For three years, my husband and I were very patient thinking we would prevail. As a result, Mr. Kishinevsky did absolutely NOTHING. As a result of the accident, my husband’s right foot was amputated. We did have a deposition and at the deposition, he hardly spoke to the other lawyer on my husband’s behalf and was slouching on the table as if he really did not care. After the deposition, we never heard from Mr. Kishinevsky any more. We had to call him to find out whether we had prevailed in our case or not. We found out we had lost the case only after calling him with no explanation as to why . As a result after three years, we received NOTHING for compensation for my husband’s pain and suffering after losing his foot as a result of the accident. We sent all of his medical records to prove our case. Needless to say, my husband and I were very disappointed with his representation on our behalf and will never refer him to anyone.
