Wasted 8 years of our lives, we believed him every-time we would call and ask if anything new with our case which was NOT complicated at all! They blamed the pandemic, come to find out they missed deadlines and we had to start ALL over again to have the same thing happen again. Feeling so defeated. I will be putting in a complaint with the Houston bar association! We got our records back and all the numbers to check on the process were deleted.
