We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Arvand as our attorney for my mother-in-law's green card application. Despite being paid in full, he delayed submitting the application for six months and made critical errors in filling out the forms. As a result, our case was rejected by the National Visa Center (NVC). Worse, he was unable to correct the errors as instructed by NVC, causing over a year's delay in the process. Communication was another major issue. We often had to send multiple messages and leave voicemails, only to get responses after a week or more. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism caused immense stress and frustration for our family. Ultimately, we decided to hire another attorney to fix the situation. The new lawyer successfully resolved the case with NVC in less than a week—a stark contrast to our previous experience. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Mr. Arvand for any immigration-related matters. Save yourself the stress and find someone more competent and reliable.
