The Matian Firm

I honestly thought this firm was going to help us. We opened a case with them and the experience has been a nightmare!!! Well my Mom and Dad opened a case not sure if because they’re in the elderly side but they are not returning their calls and or text message which they said it was the better form of communication. I definitely feel like they’ve taken advantage of them. The contract had so many errors it had an extra fee for who knows what, they fixed this because I brought it up. Since day one I had this wired feeling, I should have gone with my first instinct!! But didn’t want my parents to think otherwise. This firm sure was quick to take their money. They have seen my brother once and are not giving us any updates. Please!! please!! do not do NOT !!! go to them we only choose them because they were recommended by I guess one of the few people they helped. We are now 5k out of pocket with 5k more remaining with a hell of service. I really hope they do a turnaround and help my family.

It has been the worst experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS ATTORNEY! My husband started the process to get his parents' green card , a process that does not take long, and up to now they have not even started the process. The paralegal nor the attorney has communicated with my husband even once,for any updates. we called the offices and they cant helps us they said the paralegal will call us back, which they never do. We have records of all the calls so we can file a complaint.

Zero stars Garbage. no communication whatsoever with client unless payment is do . The only time I had actual communication with the firm was when the payment was confirmed but right after that I never heard from no lawyer, assistant or anybody and when i called my self for an update on the case nobody was ever available to discuss my case. At first they tell you what u want to hear to just get your money and dissappear. Did not help AT ALL with my case they're just thiefs. NO SIRBEN ESTOS ABOGADOS MI GENTE!! NO LOS CONTRATEN!!

Just know it’s a 0 star not a 1 star this firm has got to be the most absurd law firm in Dallas! I can’t believe they promote on Mexican radio stations just to take people’s money and not help at all with the case. Please don’t bother to comment below with the “please reach out we can help etc” if you can’t help with the case don’t pretend to care to help the client once we decide to come write a review. Nobody will ever call or email updates it’s best that you represent yourself in court instead of having one of these clowns possibly not even show up to court to represent you. Don’t believe any discounts they claim to offer don’t believe anything these people say they will do anything to hit have you sign a contract to take your money!

These people are THEIFS DONT WAIST UR TIME WITH THEM 2 years with a “case sent out” and I still haven’t heard an update from them 7 thousands dollars and NO information and my case has not been updated or moved whatsoever!!!! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE I BETTER NOT hear from yall wanting to send me a private message refund me or else
