Robert Goodwill was retained by me after a traffic accident. Robert displayed a continuous professional manner throughout the entire process, even after discovering the limits of policy were not enough to cover the expenses. He negotiated with the hospital, doctors and chiropractor to get the expenses within the policy limits and helped with his own expenses. He was a bright light in an otherwise dark situation.
