I hired Daniel's firm to create a single's certificate which is required for getting married in Vietnam. Overall, not super thrilled with how things went down. First, I didn't feel any sense of urgency from them. We initially lost 1 month because I was under the false impression that the case was moving along but actually 1 piece of paperwork was missing and it wasn't looked at until I asked for update. In September, we were still going over the forms I've filled out and sent in May which created more churn. Second, the interaction was purely transactional. Meaning they're done with they've finished procuring the certificate, but may not provide support if Vietnamese State didn't accept it. Which is basically what happened to me.
