BEWARE! I would NOT recommend Udeshi law to anyone! This law firm is unethical and is not an advocate for the well being of families or children! They are a great example of a business that operates under unethical business practices. Furthermore, if you do hire an attorney from this firm don’t expect to get a return phone call if you try and reach them, as they won’t call you back unless you call multiple times and demand to speak to someone. They are unprofessional and unresponsive!!
Let me start off by saying that I NEVER write reviews and especially not bad reviews. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone! I had a simple case of trying to figure out why I wasn’t receiving child support and they kept dragging it out when me and my coparent were both agreeing on everything. I was never kept in the loop about anything that they were doing I had many requests that were NEVER fulfilled and when I would call to speak to anyone I could never get through and would always be told I would get a call back and NEVER DID!! I was charged every time I would call and leave a message to get a call back but never even get the call back. This is the ultimate scam of an attorney! It cost me $3,000 and they didn’t even do anything I wanted done! Don’t waste your time or your money on this law firm I regret ever using them!
Only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because they won my case.Mainly because the attorney I had there was amazing. But they drove her off near the end of my case and that's when everything went down hill. My case ended in February and I have been waiting for my reimbursement from my trust with them. They have continually said they have sent a check in the mail. But it never comes, I have called multiple times and asked that they wire it back to my account for a month straight and they still refuse to do so. It has been over 6 months and they blatantly refuse to return my money. I would not advise anyone using this firm.
DO NOT RECOMMEND: I am writing to share my experience with Udeshi Law Firm regarding my divorce case. While I initially hoped for a smooth process, it was unfortunately more complex than anticipated. Despite leaving all marital assets to my ex-spouse and taking only my pre-marital car and personal belongings, the process became drawn-out. I chose to use Udeshi Law Firm to navigate the emotional and legal aspects of divorce, but communication was a challenge. My case seemed to be assigned to different representatives throughout the process. This resulted in repeated explanations of my situation, which was emotionally taxing. Additionally, the initial quote of $2,500 for a "simple" divorce significantly increased to over $3,000. At the time, I was unemployed and relied on savings to cover the legal fees. This left me financially strained. While I appreciated not having to manage the legal aspects alone, the ongoing billing added considerable stress. Following the finalization of my divorce, I encountered further complications regarding name change. Although provided with a copy of the decree, I was not informed that a certified copy was necessary for legal name changes. This knowledge gap could have been avoided with clearer communication. Unfortunately, even after significant financial investment, I needed to seek additional assistance to address this issue. This experience suggests a focus on fees rather than comprehensive client support during a challenging time.
if your thinking about using this law firm for your legal needs I highly recommend looking somewhere else. During the 2 years of working with this law firm, I had 2 different attorneys that were working for me quit. it extended my case having to repeat me self to different people what my goals were, which was very frustrating. All the reviews about terrible communication are very true. I have been dealing with them for the past 2 years and it's been terrible. the only reason I dealt with it for so long was cause I didn't find a point when I felt like we were close to closing the deal. What put me over the edge was when I demanded a phone call with the attorney, she said she would call me after her lunch. 4pm comes around, I call back asking to speak to her and was told that she left for the day and said she would call me back in the morning. that call never came. and the same things happen with email communications. it has happened several times. I finally decided to pull the trigger finally fire them, wish I would have done it a long time ago.
