I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this immigration law firm. As an immigrant in the U.S., I was hoping for professional guidance and support throughout my case, but that was not what I received. First, communication was a nightmare. I was often left in the dark, waiting weeks for responses to my questions, and when I did get a reply, it was vague and unhelpful. It felt like I was just another case to them, rather than a person with a serious, life-changing issue. I never had the chance to speak to the immigration attorney only his representatives. The legal advice provided was also unclear and seemed to change depending on who I spoke with in the office. This lack of consistency made me feel like I was being given conflicting directions, and it seriously delayed my progress. They charged me significant fees, but I didn’t feel like they were doing anything to move my case forward or offer any tangible solutions. As soon I asked for my money back, they started sending letters saying that they dropped my case. Overall, I felt that my case was not a priority to them, and I ended up having to hire a different lawyer to handle things. I wouldn’t trust this firm with something as important as my immigration status. If you’re looking for reliable, responsive legal help, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
