Whittenburg and Strange Have been a complete God send and such a huge blessing for my husband and I! We found them in our most hopeless state after getting my husband’s work authorization and green card applications denied. The team is amazing! So sweet and so helpful and ready to answer any and all questions and concerns to their best ability. They walked us through everything in detail and made us feel like we finally had a chance! They helped us reapply and fill out the correct paperwork and had us on our way in no time! They gave us so much hope and peace in this season of waiting and made the application process a breeze, and filed all of the necessary paperwork for us, (and after going it alone the first time, this was such a load off our backs!) We have had the pleasure of using the Whittenburg Law Firm in Lubbock. They are very professional and compassionate about what they do. We had the pleasure of working with Maria Oviedo as our lawyer. Maria is very knowledgeable about what she does and made us feel very comfortable through this difficult time in our life. We felt very comfortable in her leadership. She explained things in the simplest of terms for my husband (he’s African). The English language can be challenging for him but he never doubted Maria’s ability to get his green card. We love her♥️. They were amazing in the part they played in our journey. Every time we had to meet in person the office staff were always polite and respectful to us. They were always professional. I would highly recommend Whittenburg Law Firm to anybody who is seeking assistance with any immigration issue they may have. Adriana, Anabel, and Alfonso are so knowledgeable and were always so kind and willing to answer any question I had. It is so comforting to know that this firm has individuals who speak my same language (Spanish) and are so detailed in translating any information. Having their support brought me so much peace of mind knowing that I could rely on them to accurately and professionally complete and submit any document that was needed. I would not think twice about seeking their support as they are the best in what they do!

I highly recommend Whittenburg Law Firm especially with immigration needs. Our paralegal, Cesar was just amazing and so patient with us. He gave us all his attention and help when needed! This Law firm is definitely one of the best ever! Communication throughout the whole process was amazing!

I do not recommend this law firm unless you’re paying for full services. I would take my business to Zelda Vasquez in Amarillo Texas. I paid for a full consult at $80 and only half information and guessing provided. The explanation I was given was that I’m not a client. I could have been a client if accurate information was provided. My suggestion: before taking a consultation, request the client’s reason for consultation, review updated laws/research prior to meeting with the prospective client. That way, you aren’t feeding them half truths. Your word as an attorney carries weight to someone paying for a consultation. Maria Oviedo continued to speak over me and eventually hung up the phone on me like we were high school students. Very distasteful and unprofessional!
