Wow, I’m mind blown about all these other similar cases. I thought I was the only one being treated this way. I was confused as to why. Turns out that’s just how they treat everyone. I’ve been dealing with them since 2017. And it’s been getting worse and worse. As y’all can imagine, I’m in thousands of dollars. Ya’ll take your money somewhere else. • They take your money then ask for more and more. • Takes them years to contact you with any updates. • Every time you go back they have a different person working your case. • But if that isn’t enough. Front stuff is the worse. They don’t know how to be professional. Should be working in a corner store. They make faces behind your back. They like being goofy, maybe should be working at a circus actually. They never call back when you call them, phone sends you to voicemail but you can’t leave one because it’s full. When they do answer they make you wait a long time.. only to hang up on you after a few minutes waiting, then they claim it was an accident and have no idea what happened. Yet, they never call back to check in. And when you show up in person they start making up lies and more lies. It’s frustrating to say the least. I could go on and on about every single situation I’ve experienced.

I had to call them to make sure they received my emails. They are Unable to take calls, provide with updates or simply offer pleasant customer care. However, they made sure to contact the day before the first monthly payment was due. Ultimately, I ended up firing them and requesting a refund. They said that only $500 could be reimbursed to me. I requested for my file to see exactly what they had done, never received it. I asked to meet with the actually attorney so I could demand my full refund and meet him for the first time. (Me quede sentada esperando). I only received $500. Unfortunately, I now have to act like a Karen, write this lengthy review and file a grievance form to the State Bar of Texas.

Spent over 10k and never got anything fixed poor communication i would get faster answers by checking my case status online then when I would call they wouldn’t know what to say when. I told them the status they swore that wasn’t correct TAKE YALLS MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! NO GASTEN SU DINERO NI TIEMPO CON ELLOS!!!

Zavala law firm helped us since the beginning they have always been respectful and helpful. When we had questions they always responded are questions and are case was super fast.

I had a consultation today the August 12, 2024 at 10:40 am . I went in and paid the $40.00 for the consultation. I explained my situation and the reason I had scheduled a consultation with them . It went by very fast he just took 10 minutes to explain everything but he didn’t give me any other information or options that I had available .
