Every aspect of my interaction with Zinda Law Group and the handling of my case was stellar. All members of the team were incredibly respectful to me and I appreciate them going the extra mile to explain every step of the process in great detail. I worked with over 5 people at Zinda and here is a breakdown why I highly recommend you don't work with them. I originally contacted Zinda because I was in a car accident and the insurance company was sending me documents to sign that didn't seem right. Every time I called, the person working on my case was busy and eventually, the front desk just told me to sign it and they would look at it when they have time. The several people at Zinda who worked on my case continued to schedule me appointment after appointment with Doctors who work with them. Keep in mind, one of the Doctors talked very badly of Zinda. They said they were just trying to get paid. This Doctor also was shocked I was there because what they specialize in I had absolutely no injuries for that they could help with. Finally, I was missing work and having a lot of anxiety from the doctor appointments I expressed my concern to Zinda. I was basically crying at this point because I am a hypochondriac and I have already been told what is wrong with me by several different doctors, and it's all the same. This was their response: "If you don't go to anymore medical appointments then we can't work on your case because it is not big enough for us." They said the insured driver who hit me has $100k in coverage they want to get as close to that as possible so I can get paid more. I told them I don't care about the money and my mental health is really bad from missing work and all of the appointments that are useless at this point because I'm already on treatment. Needless to say, they dropped my case. They tried to take advantage of the insurance company and didn't care about my well being all they cared about was them getting money. They didn't finish what they started (which was months of medical treatments) and they never helped me with any of my questions I had throughout the process. All they ever talked to me about was more appointments I needed to make to 'rack up the medical bills' which is something they actually said. Please make a difference in the world and work with people who actually want to help YOU and not just take advantage of medical professionals, insurance companies, other people at fault and your mental health. I ended up working with a more local lawyer who was an angel and worked on my case even though it was small. She finished it out and stayed in communication, I was able to get all the medical bills Zinda racked up paid.

Since my fiance was hit by an 18-wheeler nearly lost his life and now struggles with persistent pain and has to use a cane on top of a litany of other health issues as a result of the accident, Ben and Neil fought hard on my fiance's case because it was a very complex case involving multiple parties. But not only did they fight hard for us on my fiance's case, when the man of the house and the breadwinner is unable to even walk without a walker for a little over a year and has had to spend two years fighting for disability, and as I've been supporting my fiance because that's what you do when you're loyal to who you love but it's difficult when you lose the breadwinner and they're not able to work, Ben and Neil helped us navigate the legal loan process and they have been instrumental in keeping us afloat. They always respond quickly often within a few minutes and get the paperwork processed almost every single time in the same day. We would have lost everything if it wasn't for them. Zinda Law was very professional and helped me through every step of the process on a dog bite case. They were open and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had.
